Once the translation assignment is ready please follow these instructions:

If document is available electronically we would like to receive it to provide a final quote for translation.
If document is only available in hard copy our Translation Project Manager will arrive in your office and evaluate the translation assignment

Evaluation will take in to account the following:
Translation Direction (Russian to English, or English to Russian)
Volume (number of words, volumes, pages, tables, font size, paper size and load, tables, diagrams, graphics, etc)
Purpose: Purpose and usage of translation (where, what group of people, private, publication, mass media, etc)
Complexity (subject, industry, specs, what professional skills and knowledge is required for translation)
Deadline: (time frame for translation)
Deliverables and additional requirements: (format, quality control, delivery, etc)

After the assessment a final quote will be issued to you.
When the price and terms are agreed, a contract will be signed
For projects values exceeding £ 1.000 with new customers 30% prepayment is required.
After contract is signed we will start mobilise the team of relevant translators
Translation work will only start after the prepayment is made.

Translation Project Manager will provide daily updates on the assignment to the contact person.
Progress delivery. Once a batch of work is completed and checked we will deliver it to you, and will not wait until the whole package is complete.

Quality Control Plan.
We guarantee that all our translations are UK based only (offshore sources are not used)
We guarantee that automatic translation software will not be used during the translation.
We guarantee that translation are made by qualified translators specialising in this specific subject.
All our translators are over 35 years old, relevant professional education and with at least 10 years experience.
They will all sign confidentiality agreement.
Final translation will be revived by native speakers only with the support of qualified professional in the specific subject.
