 Russia’s premier travel and tourism event, MITT, celebrates its 15th anniversary on 19-22 March this year, with a host of new destinations including Fiji and Ethiopia.  Slovakia will also be returning to the event.  Turkey, whose stand will comprise an entire hall, will become the event’s first ever ‘partner country’. 

 The growth of the Russian economy over the last few years has been well documented.  Russia has the fastest-growing outbound travel market in Europe and the third-fastest in the world.  Russian travellers are ranked in the top ten of the WTO’s scale of spenders.

 With over 80,000 attendees, MITT provides its exhibitors with an invaluable opportunity to meet new and existing clients, generate awareness and build their business.  MITT is ranked by the WTO as one of the top five most important travel trade exhibitions in the world.

UITT

 Now in its 14th year, UITT has grown steadily and is recognised by travel and tourism professionals as the main exhibition for the industry in Ukraine.  The next edition of the event will take place on 26-28 March this year and will host a number of new events including Czech Republic, Italy, Norway, Poland and Slovakia.

 Outbound tourism in Ukraine has been boosted by recent growth in the economy.  More and more Ukrainian travellers are getting a chance to discover new destinations.  In 2006, almost 335 mln people from Ukraine travelled abroad.

 Many countries come to UITT in order to open up new international channels to increase the volume of tourism and investment.  With 850 exhibitors and 25,000 visitors, UITT is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences and create new business.

KITF - is the Premier and the biggest international Tourism & Travel Exhibition in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, and is annually held in the picturesque City of Almaty. KITF – an Excellent Tool for Promoting of National Tourism Product. This was a unanimous opinion of almost all exhibitors and visitors of “KITF 2007” Tourism Fair and “SportExpo 2007” Exhibition.
