Please note that employment legislation in the UK is rather different from the one in Russia. Without proper advice and knowledge you can be penalised by different authorities and can be sued by employers. One of the examples that can get you into trouble is mentioning age or nationality even in the advertisement. Equal opportunity policy doesn't allow you to do that.

Personnel agencies in the UK, are very similar to the agencies in Russia, so if you used their services, there will be no issues using our services.

Subject to your acceptance of our Terms of Business we would require 5% deposit prior to our engagement in sourcing personnel for your company.
Prepayment is required due to the fact that you do not meet our criteria:
1. You haven't used our recruitment services before.
2. You haven't used other recruitment agencies in the UK, and you don't have references from them.
3. This is a start up, relocation or representation office from international client.
