Terms & Conditions

This order form constitutes a contract, under English law, between Russian London Ltd and the client named above. Its terms cannot be varied without mutual agreement.

Advert specification

The client is paying for an advertisement of specified size and, usually, for it to be placed in a specific section of the guide. Russian London Ltd cannot vary these requirements without the client's agreement.

Proof process

The client will receive a 'proof copy' of the advert for approval or to detail necessary changes. Once changes have been incorporated Russian London Ltd will send a new 'approval form' for final confirmation.

Text & artwork & deadlines

With client's agreement, Russian London Ltd will carry out any desk top publishing necessary to produce advertisements professionally. However, the client is responsible for supplying correct text and any artwork, (such as company logos), in a suitable format. The deadline for texts and 'camera ready' artwork is 15/04/2005. Inclusion cannot be guaranteed for material submitted after that date.

Payment

Payment is due 30 days after the client receives a copy of the printed guide.

Prepayment gives you 10% discount.
